Engine Exhaust Flex Hose Assemblies
Exhaust flex hose assemblies are utilized in non-critical applications where cycle life and compliance are required in an economical package. All Advanced Exhaust Solutions flexible exhaust connectors utilize 321SS closed pitch corrugated annular flex hose. All flanged exhaust flex hose assemblies feature a floating ANSI flange for ease of installation. Custom designs and lengths are available.

Engine Exhaust Bellows
Bellows elements are utilized when cycle life, compliance and overall performance are essential. All Advanced Exhaust Solutions bellows elements utilize 321SS and come standard with a flow liner. Depending on your application we can design your bellows to be single or multi ply construction. Vanstone flanges are formed into the bellows, never welded, for exceptional performance. Integral Vanstone flange (floating flange) on engine side connection is standard on all bellows elements. Custom designs and lengths are available.

Rain Caps
Heavy duty steel construction with bronze bushings for smooth, bind-free operation. Precision counterweight for exceptionally balanced operation. Carbon steel assemblies are powder coated high temp black for superior heat resistance. Available in 304SS and 316SS construction.

Outlet Elbows
Heavy duty steel construction available in both flanged on both ends (FBE) and flanged on one end (FOE) configurations. Extended lengths, mounting lugs, and integral rain guards are also available. Available in 304SS and 316SS construction. Optional finishes are galvanized, high performance ceramic and aluminum thermal spray coat.

Round Mounting Bands
Fully welded steel construction with formed mounting base. Designed for exceptional cyclical fatigue life. Vermiculite gasket allows for unrestrained thermal expansion of product being mounted, and prevents damage to the product finish. One piece design available up to 16" diameter, two piece design utilized on 18" diameter and larger. High temp black paint finish. Available in 304SS and 316SS construction. Optional finishes are galvanized and aluminum thermal spray coat.

Rain Guards
Fully welded steel construction, AES rain guards are constructed of 7GA steel to eliminate structure borne noise and promote exceptionally long life. Standard finish is high temperature black paint, galvanizing and aluminum thermal spray coating are options. 304SS and 316SS are versions available.

Roof/Wall Thimbles
Designed to meet NFPA 37 requirements, AES roof thimbles are constructed of heavy gauge steel, 2" of thermal insulation rated to 1200° F, and an outer wall air gap. Heavy duty, slip fit Rain Guard and band clamp included standard with all Roof Thimbles. Standard finish is high temperature black paint. 304SS and 316SS versions are available.

Bolt, Nut and Gasket Kits
Advanced Exhaust Solutions full face gaskets are designed for high temperatures service conditions, featuring a vermiculite/fiber facing mechanically bonded (without adhesives to burn off) to a tanged steel core. Rated for 1800°F this gasket can survive where graphite and other materials will fail. Nut and bolts are SAE Grade 5, zinc plated, for increased clamping load capacity and exceptional corrosion resistance. Available with 304SS or 316SS hardware. Kits are fully customizable with your choice of bolt length, bolt pitch, washer type (split lock or flat) and nut type (regular or locknut).

Full Faced Gaskets
Advanced Exhaust Solutions full face gaskets are designed for high temperatures service conditions, featuring a vermiculite/fiber facing mechanically bonded (without adhesives to burn off) to a tanged steel core. Rated for 1800°F this gasket can survive where graphite and other materials will fail. All gaskets are 0.063" thick to ensure sealing on your toughest applications.
