Advanced Exhaust Solutions is an industry leader specializing in custom exhaust systems, metal fabrication, and performance solutions. We pride ourselves on precision craftsmanship, innovation, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team. The Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling metal components to create exhaust systems and related products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical drawings.


Available Shifts

  • Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: $24.00-$33.00 per hour

Location: Northfield (relocating to Lakeville in the near future)

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of fabrication or welding experience (experience in automotive exhaust fabrication preferred).
  • Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of metals and fabrication processes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality

Perferred Qualifications

  • Welding certification(s).
  • Automotive or performance exhaust fabrication experience.
  • Familiarity with CNC machinery, tube bending, or robotic welding.

Roles & Responsibilites

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Cut, bend, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment such as saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and presses.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum.
  • Fabricate custom exhaust systems and related components in accordance with specifications.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving fabrication challenges.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines.
